One of my safe spaces is lying on my back in the ocean with my ears in the water so I can hear the underwater sounds as well as the strong beat of my own heart. Listening Underwater harkens to this experience that I love, when my hearing is heightened and my body is held by the salty water. A little bit dreamy and muffled, like being underwater.
