One of four pieces influenced by my dance classes with Joanna Rotkin and a beautiful group of humans. Often in dance class I never get off the floor. I feel so comforted, grounded, and held by the earth that all of the dance is done low, close to my foundation. It is often what feels most needed for my nervous system.
